About Nancy

Nancy really enjoys her career with Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty and has been with the company since December 2015.
She was formerly with Paradise Real Estate for 15 years, which was purchased by Sierra Sotheby’s Realty in December.

Her other interests include spending time with her 17 year old son, Cole.

She is a past PTA President for the Zephyr Cove Elementary School, a Lector at Our Lady of Tahoe Catholic Church, and participates in community fundraising activities on a regular basis.

Nancy sold my Marriott timeshare and while the deal was in escrow Marriott stepped in and exercised their right of first refusal whereby they took over the escrow and promptly messed up the whole transaction. While they went through the escrow with multiple hurdles for me to overcome Nancy was left out of the loop. She persevered keeping me in touch as best she could and the escrow finally closed 4-5 weeks later than originally scheduled. They were going to hold up my funds until they got some other papers etc. but Nancy convinced them to at least release my funds while she waited for her commission. Final message…Nancy was great and Marriott were a bunch of….jerks never even contacting me once through the whole process.

We had been trying to sell our Marriotts Grand Residence Club 1/4 share unit for several years to no avail until we started working with Nancy. She found a buyer within a couple of months and after a few tweaks on the offer our unit has finally sold. In addition to her obvious sales skills she is a very good communicator and always seemed to have our best interests in mind. I highly recommend Nancy to anyone trying to sell or buy Lake Tahoe property.

It was truly a pleasure working with Nancy. She knows the process inside and out. We purchased a vacation home in Stateline NV, using Nancy as our buyer’s agent. She is very familiar with the area, and local contacts, and was super helpful arranging inspections, repair estimates, etc, while we were 500 miles away in our primary home. Nancy stayed on top of everything in the process, bugging the title company, mortgage broker, etc to keep things moving. There were a couple of delays due title issues , and Nancy was always right on top of filing an extension to the P&S when needed. I highly recommend Nancy Beaulieu for any real estate needs in the Lake Tahoe Nevada or California areas

Nancy helped us to purchase our ski condo in Lake Tahoe. She is the best buyer agent over there. Recently we had couple weeks vacation in Lake Tahoe. We want to purchase a condo for our summer getaway. Most of the properties are dated and much more expensive than we expected. We talked to 3 realtor agents, the first two agents did not provide the info that we need. We were about to give up, until we met Nancy. Immediately, she saw us 3-4 units even the weather was terrible. We made the first offer before we went home. Nancy helped us to negotiate with the seller, arranged all the inspections, the title company, etc. We closed our condo in less than 3 weeks, even during Thanksgivings holiday. She is a good listener, the best negotiator, very thorough and incredible responsive. I strongly recommend her.
